Architecture-led transformation: turning housing data into AI-ready intelligence
How enterprise architecture and strong data foundations on a modern data platform enabled VIVID's digital and data transformation and AI-ready services.
VIVID provides affordable homes and support services to around 37,000 households across the south of England. At that scale, getting data and digital right is not optional — it is fundamental to serving residents well.

03

Structured discovery, cleansing and reconciliation moving data out of fragmented legacy systems with auditability intact.

Outcome
Scalable foundations for smarter decision-making
The programme established scalable digital foundations supporting smarter decision-making across 37,000 homes — replacing fragmented legacy systems with a modern data intelligence platform built for operational insight, regulatory confidence and AI-ready services.
That foundation is also what made AISentri possible. It began as a central AI register for VIVID, in response to a deceptively simple leadership question — what AI do we have? — and has since become a full governance and readiness platform.
